Today I’ll share tips on how you can stay in potential clients’ minds.

I’ve been a real estate agent for over 40 years now, and I have agents that ask me questions daily. Last week, I was asked about where to find buyers and sellers. Buyers and sellers are everywhere. Right now, we’re in a low inventory market, so there are fewer sellers. However, the number of buyers is consistent.

My creed is that you have to show up, and to follow up multiple times. Show up in places where buyers and sellers are going to be. Whenever you find these people, put them in a database. Every person is a potential buyer or seller. They may not be today, but follow up with them  in a few months or years, and they might be. Staying in touch is the most effective way to make them remember you.
